ABOUT MIKE

Mike Gallegos has 18 years in the financial services industry, in which he has consistently demonstrated his expertise and leadership ability across diverse roles.  His career began in the investment services arm of Johnson Bank in Scottsdale, AZ.  He then transitioned to USAA, excelling as a financial advisor with a specialization in retirement planning, risk management, and investment strategies.

Mike's unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service and his genuine passion for connecting with people paved the way to leadership roles at USAA, where he led teams of financial advisors serving the military community.  He has held the Certified Financial Planner® designation for the past 12 years, in addition to several securities licenses and the AAMS®, CRPC®, CWS®, and Registered Corporate Coach™ designations before transitioning to the mortgage industry.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, Mike Gallegos has consistently ranked among the top producers for several institutions such as Heritage Bank, Renasant Bank, and Northpointe Bank. Throughout his career, he has prioritized understanding his clients' unique goals, providing them with sound financial guidance, and ensuring the best home loan solutions for individuals and families.

Over the past few years, Mike's focus has shifted to serving his fellow employees as the Regional Sales Manager at Northpointe Bank. As a leader, he is deeply committed to fostering a collaborative culture and offering unwavering support to his team members, characterized by genuine care, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Mike graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA, and currently resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys family time with his wife, Megan, and their three children. The Gallegos family is actively engaged in Peak City Church, and when he's not at work or church, you can often find Mike on the sidelines cheering on his kids or rooting for any Seattle sports team.
